Paratransit MetroHub
The Paratransit MetroHub, funded by the Sacramento Area Council of Governments Mode Shift Grant, is dedicated to helping Sacramento County residents discover and use alternative transportation options. We aim to make biking, walking, taking transit, and sharing rides the easy choice for all types of trips—whether you're commuting to work, running errands, or exploring the City.
The MetroHub provides
Comprehensive information on all transportation modes, including public transit, carpooling, bike sharing, and microtransit. Personalized support through our call center and live chat, where our representatives can help you navigate schedules, routes, and booking options.
Sustainability efforts by reducing single-occupancy vehicle trips, we aim to promote a more sustainable, connected, and environmentally friendly transportation system.
The MetroHub serves
All residents, including seniors, people with disabilities, and low-income communities, ensuring everyone has access to safe, reliable, and affordable transportation.
